Adding Shared Google Calendars to Gmail Sidebar

Managing multiple shared calendars in Gmail Sidebar doesn’t have to be complicated. In this video, I share a cool way to see all of your shared calendars integrated with your primary Google Calendar inside the Gmail Sidebar.

  • Log into your Gmail account

  • Click on the calendar icon

  • Click on the three-dotted icon

  • Select calendars and check the boxes next to each shared calendar you want to see displayed in the sidebar

No more opening full calendar mode to check your availability. And, you can keep your personal schedule and business scheduled integrated into one calendar view.
