Ufuoma Ogaga, CNAP, MAFM, MHRM, is the founder and CEO of Goshen Accounting Services. She has over 15+ years of accounting and advisory experience transforming the financial infrastructure for nonprofits and for-profit professional services firms.
Throughout her career, Ufuoma has facilitated significant revenue growth for her clients, expanding operations from $200,000 to $1 million+. Her accomplishments include managing million-dollar budgets, implementing cash flow strategies that enabled organizations to sustain operations during the COVID-19 pandemic, developing succession plans for executive leadership transitions, and revising clients' governance policies to ensure compliance with state and audit requirements.
Ufuoma holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Georgia State University and a Master's degree in Accounting and Human Resources Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
